Exfoliate your hands (mix sugar or brown sugar and milk into a thick paste or olive oil and sugar (or brown sugar)) and then while your hands are wet (not dripping wet) put on the best lotion you've got! A thick body butter would be good to. This also works for your whole body, after a shower dry off just enough so you're not dripping wet and then put on tons of lotion! -Kayla
